• Payment Policy
We do not ask for payment in advance. You will be invoiced for work done or services rendered only after completion to your satisfaction.
• Refund Policy
If, by any chance, you are not satisfied with the work or services provided, let us know within 30 days of completion, and you will be given a full refund.
• Cancellation Policy
If, during the process of carrying out the work you request you change your mind or decide to go elsewhere for your website provision, there will be no charge for the work undertaken to date.
• Privacy Policy
We only store basic contact details (name, address, email and telephone) of our customers. We do not store or currently store financial details (including credit or debit card numbers)
